Below is a summary of terms and policies covering operations of Tinchapp. Please review thoroughly before proceeding with transactions.

1. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period shall be for the period of time set forth in the rental agreement.
2. PAYMENT: The customer shall pay the full rental fee at the time of rental, along with any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental to cover any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.
4. USE OF VEHICLE: The customer shall only use the vehicle for lawful purposes and in a safe and responsible manner. The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving. Vehicles cannot also be used for commercial purposes like taxis or ride railing.
5. OPERATOR: The vehicle may only be operated by the customer or other authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
6. CONDITION OF VEHICLE: The customer shall return the vehicle in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Any damage will be surcharged to customer and shall be deemed due immediately.
7. FUEL: The customer shall return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the customer shall be charged for the cost of refueling.
8. MAINTENANCE: The customer shall be responsible for all routine maintenance, including oil changes and tire rotations, during the rental period. Any repairs or fixes shall be carried out through Tinchapp’s autocare service.
9. LIABILITY: The customer shall be liable for any damage to the vehicle, as well as any injuries or damages resulting from the customer’s use of the vehicle.
10. INSURANCE: The company shall be responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on the vehicle during the rental period.
11. CANCELLATION: The customer may cancel the rental agreement at any time, subject to a cancellation fee as may be defined by Tinchapp.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The rental company shall not be liable for any damages, including consequential or punitive damages, arising out of the customer’s use of the vehicle.
13. GOVERNING LAW: This rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
14. ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising out of this rental agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This rental agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the rental company and the customer and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
